Hi, I'm Julia

I am a professional First Hand / Assistant Cutter at the San Francisco Opera where I am currently in production for the 2025-2026 season.

I have a BA in Film from CSUMB and an MA in Historical Costume from Arts University Bournemouth. During my MA, I completed a thesis researching medieval dress and received the Class Award for 'producing continuously excellent work across the course, thoroughly underpinned by rigorous research.’

In my spare time, I enjoy catching up on my personal projects, as well as reading, movies, and trying new things.
